busy days.
tired = weak?
hmmm.
so lately, i have a lot things to do. as a student who lived far away from my hometown i do laundry, cooking, imagining, eating, sleeping, and of course studying all alone:(
i miss whenever i need to eat i don't have to think what to eat because my mom or my grandma will always provide me food (HEALTHY!!!)
here, sometimes i get confused when it comes to eating time. but, i don't wanna talk about it food right now. so as you guys now, now i'm on my 4th semester in university and no wonder i am a lil busy (QUITE BUSY) sometimes i got tired, unmotivated, lazy af, and so on. there is one time when i am really tired, i am thinking about something. am i weak? hell yeah, i do not want to be the weak one. after that, i always impose myself to do that, this, that. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, a few days ago i got sick. i had strong headache, and limp body. i didn't want to go to the doctor hell yeah never. so i tried to find the un-prescripted medicine and yeah i got better. but the next day, i got sick again. same, strong headache and limp body whenever i walk i feel like i am going to fall. but right now, after i drank a lot of water and ion water today, it feels better. i always wondering how i am like this, there is always one time whenever i am busy i am sick. so i take time to wonder why. then i realized i late when it comes to eat. and i did it often so i got sick. it is already 11pm now i am sleepy.
moral story: always on time (eat) breakfast, lunch, dinner. thrice in a day but for me it's insufficient. i always did like 5 times a day. breakfast, lunch 1 (12pm), lunch 2 (3pm), dinner 1(6pm), dinner (8pm). hehehehehehehehe
AND ALSO DON'T FORGET TO EAT VITAMIN C, ZINC, AND WHATEVER VITAMINS. SLEEP FOR 7-8 HOURS. EXERCISE. AND PRAY.
